A study conducted by Texas Traffic Institute has concluded that the average commuter spends 38 hours a year in traffic. So roughly one work week is lost per year to sitting in your car. The study also estimates that drives waste about 26 gallons of fuel per year sitting in traffic. How much time do you spend on the road?
