Rob Lowe, star of ABC’s Brothers and Sisters was playing in a celebrity golf tournament in Des Moines, Iowa, and hit a birdie. The state bird to be exact. He was on the fourth hole when his ball hit a goldfinch in mid flight, killing it. He was appropriately remorseful.
