Since the previous deal fell through i hate to call a ton of dealerships in the morning and find a new truck. I am checking every dealership to find a truck in a 100 mile radius. I called a few yesterday and found 2 trucks but they are not what i want. Since the amazing rebates are going on, no one has any left. No matter what, i will find the truck i want this week and get it. I am driving 60 miles to a dealership that says they have it and are holding it for me but my hopes are slim at this point.

Our city just got our first Sonic drive thru. The place is amazing, they have the car hops who ride around on skates to bring you your food. I love the place and they have great food. A bit costly but well worth it when you can get a breakfast burrito at 11pm. The only problem is that everyone is flooding the place and there is about a 45 minute wait just to eat.

With the holidays right around the corner I have been doing a bit of searching for Thanksgiving recipes. There are so many great recipes that I want to try but I only need so much to feed the family. I have a few that I picked out for this occasion and I am very hyped about this. I think this will be one of the better thanksgivings.

Since I am buying a new truck I decided to look up some new car insurance. I can get some wonderful quotes when I check online and I found rates that were almost half of what they are locally. I guess cutting out the middle man really does make a difference. I can’t wait to drive my new truck here soon.

I bought a new PS3 a few months back. I got it mainly because I wanted to have Bluray and a normal player is almost $400 in itself. I figured I might as well get some good gaming in for the same price and I have loved it ever since. It is a great system and now I have a whole new movie collection.

Ok, so with this dealership. The manager promised me he would hold the truck. They never called me or told me anything, letting me know that they were selling the truck to someone else even tho i had a hold on it. When i confronted the manager he said “were not in the business of keeping our word, we’re in the business of business”. I almost hit the guy right then and he took off. He realized that he made a mistake by being so rude.

So the sales lady swears she can get me an identical truck but i told them forget it. I wouldn’t do business with people who were that shifty.

Well, where i live there is insane GM Rebates. They are 7,000$ right now. Along with my 2,100 off in GM Discount. So were up to 9 grand. Well the trucks sticker price is 21,000, now were down to 12k. You include my 6500 in trade in and i have a whopping 5500 left to pay. 5.5k for a brand new truck is amazing.

We picked out a nice truck and had it on hold while waiting for financing and the dealership sold it out from under us. We had it all picked out and i loved it. They said they would find a new one but i didn’t care.
