According to NFL analyst Charlie Caserly , the league sent out a memo last week to all 32 teams. In the memo it states that Home team cheer leaders are banned from warming up, stretching or anything in front of the visiting teams bench as to prevent distractions before the game.

This is absurd, what is this country coming to. They need to stop whining so much. America is slowly going to crap because of all the people crying.
