Oklahoma has declared it’s state vegetable - and it’s the watermelon. Yep, that’s right - the nice juicy sweet vegetable? I don’t think so. The state legislature says that there is some argument about whether watermelon is a fruit or a vegetable, but that’s an argument I must have missed out on.
