A study conducted by Texas Traffic Institute has concluded that the average commuter spends 38 hours a year in traffic. So roughly one work week is lost per year to sitting in your car. The study also estimates that drives waste about 26 gallons of fuel per year sitting in traffic. How much time do you spend on the road?

The United States Post Offices are closed today for President’s day.  I had a bunch of packages that needed to be sent out today, but I guess they are going to have to wait until tomorrow to get shipped out.  I hate when I plan my entire day around something and then something happens to mess it up.  I forget about holidays like President’s day just because they do not have effect on much stuff but the Post Office!
